An order is considered accepted and a binding contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email indicating that your order has been processed and shipped. Prior to this confirmation, we may cancel your order without liability.

Please note that a requirement for consumers to sign for delivery or inspect fragile items in person does not relieve us of our responsibility to ensure products arrive in good condition. We will address claims for damaged items in accordance with our Shipping Policy, regardless of whether the delivery was signed for in person.
6. Returns & Refunds
