To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Wall art must not be damaged, creased, or marked; photo frames must be free of scratches, dents, or broken parts; vases must be intact (no cracks, chips, or breaks).
  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors or shipping issues.

Return Period

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. We recommend initiating the return process promptly if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:
  1. Initiate the return request through the designated process on our website, providing your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation and detailed instructions on how to package and ship the product(s) back to us.
  3. Package the product(s) securely, following the provided guidelines—especially for fragile items like vases and framed art—to prevent damage during return transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the packaged product(s) back to the return address provided in the confirmation, using a trackable shipping method. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are generally responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning products, unless the return is due to a defective product, manufacturing error, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, damaged during original delivery).
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, even if you receive a refund for the product(s).
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new product to you, provided the original product is returned in eligible condition.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your returned product(s), we will inspect them to verify they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. This inspection process may take 3-5 business days.
  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund, which is beyond our control.
  • Approved Exchanges: If your exchange is approved, we will process and ship the new product to you as soon as possible, following the inspection of the returned item. You will receive a tracking number once the exchanged product is shipped.
  • Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected (e.g., product is damaged, used, or not in original packaging), we will notify you and ship the product back to you at your expense. No refund or exchange will be issued for rejected returns.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective product (e.g., cracked vase, damaged frame, faulty wall art) or a product that is damaged during original shipping, please notify us promptly within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect and the original packaging.
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange—with no shipping costs for you. You may be asked to return the defective or damaged product, but we will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for the following:
  • Products that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
  • Products returned after the specified return period.
  • Shipping costs for returns (unless the return is due to our error).
